Ornaments for my kiddos

Every year since my first child was born, I have purchased a special ornament for them, this year, I decided I would make them. I have to say that I am pleased with myself ;)

Can't believe Thanksgiving is THIS WEEK! That means the Christmas decorating madness will begin on Friday & I am SO excited!! I looooove Christmas, my collection of decorations continue to grow & I'm feeling creative, so changes are a comin' :)  Stay tuned....

Kitchen Project--phase 1

This weekend, DH surprised me by deciding it was time to start the kitchen renovation...he took down the cabinets above my stove that made my kitchen seem so cave-like.  There is still so much to be done but just having this much done, looks amazing! My kitchen feels huge now :) I am pleased, pleased, pleased!
